Post Completion & Management

	Management of maintenance programme and monitoring of changing regulations on behalf of the client

There is a requirement on those using and managing the use of the equipment to ensure maintenance and inspection/examination requirements are performed safely and only those trained and competent in the use of such equipment are given access to the systems for use, maintenance or inspection/examination.

Adequate management controls and safety procedures shall be required commensurate with the equipment and operating environment to ensure operatives are managed, controlled and perform the operations safely in accordance with the designer’s intentions, statutory requirements and local demands.
